Ginty is a Specialty Trainer at BMGI South Africa. She is responsible for training in Change Leadership and Train the Trainer, the development of new training programs and the enhancement of existing curricula. She also conducts BMGI’s internal training for trainer and consultant development. Ginty has an extensive background in competency-based design, development and training, which provides a sound foundation for a specialty instructor. She also has experience in a wide range of industries. Her expertise includes: needs analysis, job analysis, training needs assessment, training design and development and curriculum design and development.
Client Services Coordinator
Desiré is a Client Services Coordinator at BMGI South Africa. Her main responsibility is to liaise between BMGI staff members and their clients to ensure a seamless working relationship. Desiré has diverse work experience in a number of different industries. Her previous positions include: medical receptionist, secretary, air hostess, personal assistant and sales consultant.
Irma Karsten has more than 15 years of experience in client support and operations management roles. She’s versed in business management operations, team building, creativity and problem solving, change management, labour relations, and financial management. In her role at BMGI, she coordinates and manages all of the activities related to BMGI South Africa’s marketing, public relations and recruitment initiatives. Irma pulls on her excellent communication skills to build relationships with partners, suppliers and facilitators. Her expertise in project and event management help ensure that both external and internal events are successful. In addition, she manages all communication channels, facilitating the open exchange of information both within and outside of the company. Irma is an adaptable self-starter, who carries a friendly demeanour and a good sense of humour with her in all of her projects.
Senior Client Partner & Innovation Practice Leader
Dimitri, a Senior Client Partner and a Six Sigma Operational Specialist at BMGI South Africa. His main focus is on finding alternative and innovative solutions for new products and process design requirements for BMGI’s clients. He also applies his considerable expertise to the deployment of Six Sigma throughout organisations. Dimitri qualified as a Six Sigma Black Belt in 1998 and a Master Black Belt in 1999. He is a highly skilled mentor and trainer, having trained more than 100 Executives, Champions, Black Belts and Green Belts on all levels, up to and including executive management level, during his experience in Six Sigma.
Client Services Coordinator
Renée is one of our Client Service Coordinators at BMGI South Africa. She assists with the day to day liaison between the Customers and Instructors, completion of general documentation, invoicing and enquiries. She is responsible for all the Open Enrolment training arrangements, which consist of printing training material, booking training venues, travel bookings and accommodation for instructors etc.
Pierre is a Principal Consultant at BMGI and is a hands-on and resourceful instructor and improvement facilitator with a unique blend of Lean, management development and operational experience, gained over the past 25 years. With a passion for improvement, Pierre is an accomplished change manager and is experienced in developing teams and cross-functional relationships to deliver results. He is highly adept at using the full learning cycle to deliver solutions that lead to organisational and behavioural change.

Alex Wagner is a highly practical leader and manager with broad consulting and work experience gained in many different industries and countries. Some of Alex’s desirable traits include how he inspires people to deliver well-designed, high-impact and sustainable programs; his insightful and systematic approach to developing business improvement programs; and his eye for detail and thoroughness as he ensures the effective implementation of processes that are tightly aligned with strategy.
