BMG Xchange
The BMG Xchange is a members-only community designed exclusively for BMG’s clients. It provides Deployment Leaders an opportunity to build a network of peers and communicate directly with them through on-site visits. As an Xchange member you will be able to:
- Build a network of peers that you can call upon for recommendations and advice at any time
- Share best practices in a non-competitive environment
- Learn from other deployments like yours and use this knowledge to improve your company's Process Excellence program

The Xchange is built around the concept of one-to-one information sharing. As an Xchange member, BMG will help you find and select deployment leaders like yourself and facilitate onsite visits for you to share ideas and successes. If you are a deployment leader currently deploying Six Sigma, Lean or another Performance Excellence program through BMG, you are eligible to participate.
Get Started!
To get started, simply complete an enrollment form that will enable us to match you with the most appropriate networking partners. Criteria we consider include:
- Deployment maturity
- Industry
- Company size
- Methodologies deployed
- Specific areas of interest
- Deployment strengths
- Limitations, e.g. industries you cannot host, confidentiality issues, etc.

The enrollment will take less than 10 minutes of your time. You may update your profile at any time so that each match is customized to meet your needs..
We Make the Match
Once we receive your enrollment, we will begin recommending matches for your onsite visits that we think will provide you the greatest value. You will have an opportunity to accept the proposed visit or request a different match. After both the host and guest have agreed to a visit, BMG will make the introduction. The host and guest will then work together to coordinate and design the visit. If you need assistance, we are available to aid in the planning.
You Design Each Visit
You will work directly with your host to design an agenda for your visit, based on topics of mutual interest.
Your visit may include:
- One-on-one time with your host Deployment Leader
- One-on-one time with your host Deployment Executive
- One or two project report-outs
- A plant or facility tour
- Time for Q&A with your host MBBs or Black Belts

Help Build the Community
When you enroll in the Xchange, you commit to hosting up to one visit per quarter. As a member of the Xchange, you may make one visit per quarter. Remember, you are always free to decline a proposed match. We will work with you until a suitable match is made.
