EMG Management Consultants represents BMGI in Singapore. EMG specializes in operational excellence and enterprise project and program management and works throughout the ASEAN region. Working in partnership with BMGI, EMG offers training and consulting in Lean Six Sigma, Lean, strategy deployment, and project management, bringing best in class knowledge and methodologies to their clients in the region.
