Jack Chang brings more than a decade of experience to his role as a master consultant and managing director of BMGI’s Asia Pacific operations. Since joining BMGI, Jack has led BMGI’s Asia team to the number one Lean Six Sigma deployment leader in the Asia market. He drives and supports BMGI’s strategic direction with a focus on continuously improving existing offerings while constantly searching for the next generation of business excellence.
Jack has consulted with more than 60 companies, and has assisted over 30 clients as they’ve developed about 100 executive change champions, 600 black belts and 1,100 green belts. His extensive consulting background includes clients in the financial services, manufacturing, medical equipment, mechanical, chemical and transactional industries.
Jack has also personally led numerous Lean Six Sigma and performance excellence initiatives—coaching executives, mentoring change agents and working directly with expert problem solvers and black belts. His work has also spanned the domains of assessment, key performance indicator flow-down and project oversight as he enables organizations to internalize operation excellence capability.
Earlier in his career at General Electric, Jack held the positions of CIO, Six Sigma leader, risk vice president and sales vice president. He was also responsible for pioneering a performance excellence and Six Sigma platform for GE Taiwan.
Jack received his degree from the National Taiwan University of Science and Technology. He also holds master black belt certifications from General Electric and BMGI.
