Who should attend: |
This course is for individuals who train, give group presentations, or lead change in an organization. Lean or Six Sigma experience is not necessary to attend, however the course is extremely powerful for Performance Excellence Deployment Leaders, Champions, Master Black Belts, Black Belts, Lean Masters and Project Managers. This program also qualifies as an elective in BMGI's Master Black Belt Certification program.
