| BMG's ToolMaster Workshop introduces students to a unique
number of new problem solving techniques. In this hands-on class, participants
reach a higher level of proficiency and understanding of Six Sigma tools that
allows them to tackle previously unsolvable problems. Tools dealing with
experimental restrictions, destructive testing, non-normality and noise
variable control are introduced for the first time. These valuable techniques
take students well beyond the typical Green Belt or Black Belt level of problem
solving skills.
BMG's ToolMaster Workshop is a five day program suitable for individuals in
all industries. Because students come from a variety of backgrounds, industries
and skill levels, it is helpful for them to share their unique learning
experiences during the course. During the last two days of the course, agenda
topics are customized based on participants' needs.
This program is ideal for practicing Black Belts and Master Black Belts who
desire to extend their knowledge and problem solving capabilities. It is also a
great preparatory workshop for potential Six Sigma instructors and Belts
responsible for training, mentoring and supporting other Belts.
