Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Training

BMG's Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Training and Certification Program builds competent, data-driven Lean Six Sigma practitioners. Not all Lean Six Sigma Black Belt training and certification programs are created equal, and with BMG, you will find the most comprehensive training in the industry.

BMG's curriculum follows the DMAIC phases, teaching candidates how to integrate a variety of Lean Six Sigma tools into an overall approach to process improvement. Students are taught how to define and successfully launch a project, how to transition it from phase to phase, and finally, how to complete a project and evaluate its success.

BMG takes a hands-on, real-life approach to Lean Six Sigma Black Belt training. Candidates work on an actual business project and apply classroom techniques to the project. The Black Belt program is technically challenging to ensure that all graduates learn how to implement solutions that can produce financial results. Instructors provide formal project specific feedback to participants in each phase. Students are also encouraged to schedule one-on-one mentoring sessions with their instructors to discuss project specific hurdles.

Why Choose BMG

BMG's Lean Six Sigma Black Belt students are more prepared to tackle real-world projects and situations than those trained by other companies. Here's why:

Comprehensive Program

We pack in more topics, skills and concepts than its toughest competitors. This intensive training translates to stronger, more competent practitioners.

Advanced Statistical Training

BMG students get a full working Lean Six Sigma toolbox of all of the standard statistical techniques used in DMAIC and MINITAB software. They leave the classroom with a working knowledge of every possible tool they may need.

Dynamic Instructors

BMG instructors average five years practical experience as Master Black Belts before ever teaching a single class. This gives them the working knowledge to explain complex concepts in real-world terms.

Robust Support Infrastructure

Support is available via the web, email, chat and in classroom training, the Six Sigma Wizard. Students can call on BMG for assistance throughout training, project work and testing.

Real-World Project Experience

Project work is a critical component of training - in fact Black Belts graduate only after completing their first project, giving them the real-world skills they need to succeed.

Certification

Lean Six Sigma Black Belt graduates qualify for 18 CEUs (Continuing Educational Units) from IACET, and certification through ISSSP.

The Adult Learning Model

By incorporating simulations, exercises and practical application into the classroom, BMG helps students retain more than they would in simple lecture-based courses.

Respected Exams and Certification

BMG's certification program is known industry wide as much more than a pat certificate - it means you have the skills to perform the role of a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt - you'll know it and so will your employers.

"If I had to choose just two classes to take over again, and two classes to recommend to people who don't feel they're as effective as they could be, they would be the soft skills classes (Train the Trainer and Change Leadership). If you master those, you can get in front of a group of people and you can work wonders with just those two classes."
