Executive Overview for Healthcare

More than ever, healthcare organizations are under pressure to counteract rising costs and shrinking budgets, recruit and keep talented employees, boost financial results and improve patient care.

  • How to use Deployment Strategies to drive results
  • The journey an organization takes to deploy Six Sigma and Lean and the model it uses for a successful deployment.
