BMG's highly rated classroom Black Belt program gives students a robust
education on Six Sigma. A week longer than many other Black Belt programs, BMG
provides 24 days of classroom training, spread in weekly increments over five
months. Between classroom sessions, candidates return to their business
environments to apply the Six Sigma tools and methods they studied in class.
The first week of training includes a one-day Change Leadership Workshop, a
critical skill Black Belts need to effectively manage, support and motivate
their teams and management to achieve desired goals.
The other four days of week one are dedicated to the Define Phase, giving
participants an advanced education in project definition, giving them the
confidence to not only execute projects but to help Champions better define
them.
Classes combine lectures with experiential exercises to maximize retention.
Throughout training, students also have regular access to BMG's Master Black
Belts for timely project review and feedback. Candidates get continued support
from BMG's Six Sigma Wizard TM, an online
reference tool and study mentor. The Wizard reinforces training and improves
retention with online lectures, exercises and project support.
