BMGI can bring Black Belt Training to any corporate location for groups of six
or more. Onsite Black Belt is traditionally delivered as a 24-day program, in
weekly sessions, each week separated by approximately six weeks to allow
students the opportunity to apply the tools and concepts of Six Sigma to a
business project. In between sessions, students have regular access to their
instructor for timely project review and feedback.
Onsite training provides a private, personal approach and can be catered to
your specific environment - whether it be transactional, healthcare or
manufacturing. BMGI can also customize topics, spending as little or as a much
time on specific areas as you desire.
After the fifth week of training, students have the requisite knowledge and
skills to complete projects and pass BMGI's Black Belt certification exams.
