ELearning (D) - 10 hours eCourses and quizzes
Classroom Day 1:	Define - hands on workshop for project scoping and definition
eLearning (M) - 12 hours interactive eCourses and quizzes
Classroom Day 2-3:	Measure project review, quiz review, Minitab review. Hands on Workshops for Process Mapping and C&E tools, Statistics, MSA and Capability Analysis.
eLearning (A) - 5 hours eCourses and quizzes
Classrooom Day 4-5:	Analyze review, lectures on Confidence Intervals, Mean testing and One Way Anova. Hands on Workshop on Analyze Application Strategy.
eLearning (IC) - 6 hours
Classroom Day 6-7:	Improve / Control review, lectures on Full/2K Factorials, Catapult, Control methods. Workshop on Application Strategy.
Post work - elearning - 12 hours for exams
Post classroom work:	Project support from MBB for mentoring, project application, management presentation and submission of project for certification
