Blended Learning Programs

Breakthrough Management Group International (BMGI) provides a broad range of blended learning options that combine live classroom lectures with interactive web-based studies to deliver a thorough Six Sigma education. Using blended programs, companies of all types and sizes are able to make the best use of classroom time, reduce training costs and improve student retention of Six Sigma concepts.

All of BMGI's programs deliver high impact training by increasing the hands-on application of skills and tools. Six Sigma concepts are introduced online, then reinforced through classroom lectures and workshops.

BMGI's blended learning solutions offer the best of both worlds; eLearning allows students to study at their own pace while classroom work provides the benefit of applying techniques in a shared, group environment.

As each client is unique, so is each Blended Solution. Custom solutions may include blended training for Champions, Black Belts, Green Belts, Executives or a combination of all of these.

Here are some ways your organization can use Blended Learning to its advantage today:

  • Jump start Six Sigma training with eLearning as pre-work to orient new employees or new students to key concepts prior to classroom training.
  • Reinforce classroom training with eLearning to instill concepts and increase retention.
  • Refresh student skills with eLearning on-demand post classroom training.
  • Switch to eLearning as an alternative to classroom training to reduce overall classroom time or to train remote workers.
  • Supplement classroom training on specific topics to reinforce understanding of key concepts.

Blended Programs are highly recommended for:

Executive Overview, Champion, Green Belt, Black Belt, Yellow Belt, Six Sigma Awareness Training and Custom Programs.

"They weren’t lean, they weren’t six sigma, they were like we wanted to be, agnostic with the tools. BMG had the whole panoply of tools so we could use whatever we needed."
