Six Sigma eBlack Belt
BMG's technically challenging certification program trains students in the advanced concepts and tools that Black Belts need to successfully identify, define, implement and close Six Sigma projects. This online program involves approximately 180 hours of self-paced study, including interactive, Flash-based lectures, homework, quizzes, project work and exams. Students must also complete a Black Belt project and pass four exams prior to achieving BMG's industry-recognized certification. Dedicated Master Black Belts ensure that each student gains the knowledge and skill set to correctly apply Six Sigma techniques in the workplace.
Six Sigma eGreen Belt
BMG's comprehensive certification program gives Green Belts the knowledge and skills to participate in Six Sigma projects, define and implement projects in their functional areas and help to promote the methodology throughout their organizations. Featuring approximately 100 hours of study, the course includes interactive, Flash-based lectures, homework, quizzes, project work and exams. Students must also complete a Green Belt project and pass four exams prior to achieving BMG's industry-recognized certification. Dedicated Master Black Belts ensure that each student gains the knowledge and skill set to correctly apply Six Sigma techniques in the workplace.
Six Sigma eChampion
BMG's high-level online program helps company leaders prepare for their role as Champions in the Six Sigma deployment. This online program includes 12 hours of interactive, Flash-based courses that give Champions the knowledge and skills to identify and scope improvement projects that result in the most ROI and impact.
Six Sigma eYellow Belt
BMG's eYellow Belt training consists of approximately 16 hours of interactive, Flash-based lectures that provide Yellow Belts with a comprehensive overview of Six Sigma and their role as team members and supporters of the initiative. Quizzes are also available to ensure comprehension.
