Breakthrough Management Group's Strategic Planning using Hoshin Kanri Methods is a two day workshop that teaches a "vision driven" approach to strategic planning; helping organizations align their mission, vision, values and objectives under a single unified plan.

This workshop brings structure to the strategic planning process. It teaches you the critical management tools and techniques to help you assess and adjust your organization's direction. Combined with BMG's proprietary FADIR planning methodology, Hoshin Kanri ensures all stakeholders are working toward the same end result. Participants learn the Hoshin Kanri methods then apply them to a specific case study. This unique educational experience teaches students to learn by doing.

Consequentially, students are more confident to put their skills to practice back in the workplace. Participants work in a group setting for increased mindshare as well as participate in in-depth question and answer sessions to ensure they understand the tools and methods they have learned in class.
