Deployment Leader Mentoring
Deployment mentors provide a
variety of services from executive coaching to team training. They can also
provide project support and deployment guidance. Deployment mentors offer great

Champion Mentoring
Champion Mentoring augments classroom Champion training with one-on-one
project selection and scoping guidance. Mentors help Champions apply their new
skills to real-world problems - helping them to refine project scopes, lock in
project charters and complete project definition worksheets. The result is
better-defined projects and more focused practitioners.
Practitioner Mentoring
Practitioner mentoring is onsite support for practitioners. BMG Mentors can
support training in-between sessions with project assistance, or come on-site
after training is complete to work directly on projects with practitioners. It

through projects with practitioners then suggest next steps and deliverables to
