SCORE Sessions are programs for project leaders and companies that have previously attended BMGI's Lean Training and want to take the next steps toward a Lean program implementation at their location. BMGI's proprietary approach for a lean Deployment is SCORE.

SCORE combines the Principles of Lean with the structure of Six Sigma to deliver a more formalized approach to choosing, implementing and measuring the success of Lean projects.

The acronym of SCORE - which stands for Select - Clarify - Organize - Run - Evaluate - is BMGI's proprietary Lean deployment methodology. It augments Lean's traditional kaizen events with four additional improvement steps, expanding the focus beyond the "Run" aspect of Lean.
