The responsibility of developing financial guidelines and tracking project
success ultimately falls to financial representatives. Hence, their training is
critical to bottom line driven projects and initiatives. The primary objective
of Finance coaching is typically to teach these individuals how to value and
track the success of projects the company has undertaken.
