Region at a Glance

BMGI sets the benchmark for performance improvement throughout the United States, Canada, Mexico and Central America. First founded in 1999 in Longmont, Colorado as Breakthrough Management Group, BMGI has grown from a small boutique firm offering Six Sigma training and consulting services to a well reputed organization that applies a results-driven and flexible approach to helping clients build problem solving capability. Today in North America, we’re partnering with more than 30 active clients spread across all industry sectors. A pioneer in Lean Six Sigma, BMGI partnered with Mount Carmel Health System to launch the first large-scale Lean Six Sigma deployment in healthcare. Since then, BMGI has worked with more than 40 healthcare organizations. BMGI was also the first company to offer Lean Six Sigma training geared towards transactional businesses and processes.

Our North American operations are co-located with BMGI’s Center for Strategic Problem Solving in downtown Denver.

BMGI works in partnership with Monterrey Tec University, Mexico’s most prestigious university, to offer a full complement of problem solving methodologies, including Lean, Lean Six Sigma, Design for Lean Six Sigma and Innovation. We work with clients throughout Mexico and South America to install integrated planning and deployment systems for Lean Six Sigma and other methodologies that achieve intended results.

Founded in 1999, our industry experts have worked with more than 20 companies in the deployment of Lean and Lean Six Sigma and have trained professionals from over 100 companies through our public courses. Through our partnership with Monterrey Tec, we offer a Graduate Specialty Program in Six Sigma, one of the first programs of its kind in the world.

In the United States, we have over 30 problem solving professionals working directly with our clients. These professionals come with not only industry experience, but also expertise in various problem solving methodologies, teaching and facilitating. They represent the “best of the best” in terms of knowhow and results. Experienced leaders, our team members work hand-in-hand with our clients to ensure success. Although well known for its work in healthcare and transactional business, our U.S. office works in every industry. Some of our clients include Avis Budget Group, Consumer’s Energy, Credit Suisse, General Dynamics, Graphic Packaging, Novartis, The Federal Reserve Bank of New York, The U.S. Navy and Western Union.

Our U.S. operations are co-located in BMGI’s state-of-the-art Center for Strategic Problem Solving in downtown Denver.
