Established in 2005, Greater Europe quickly became one of BMGI’s fastest growing regions. Staffed by professionals located throughout the region, BMGI excels at engaging with both multinational and local companies. Our experience and team approach to delivering multinational deployments ensures consistent, high quality delivery regardless of location. Our multi-lingual staff is experienced at working in a variety of industries and countries, and highly capable of delivering all of BMGI’s problem solving methodologies in local languages. Additionally, our staff in Greater Europe has provided the leadership for some of BMGI’s largest clients, including TNT Express, making BMGI a logical choice for global organizations based in Europe. Having been born in the United States in 1999, BMGI quickly found that to serve its multinational clients it needed to have a presence wherever they did. Starting with a couple of expats, BMGI soon recruited European nationals from Ireland all the way to Russia. Today we have active clients in 11 European countries and deliver training and consulting in 7 languages.

Regional Offices
BMGI has been serving clients in Russia for over a decade. Our Russian office was established in 2005 to address not only the growing Russian economy but also BMGI's growing customer base in the country. BMGI leads the problem solving space in Russia, working with such companies as TOO Bogatyr Komir, Rautaruukki Oyj and Sibur. We offer BMGI’s full complement of problem solving methodologies and capabilities in both Russian and English and work closely with our colleagues throughout the continent, and globally, to ensure consistency in our delivery and approach.
Located in Istanbul, the core of the country’s economy, BMGI’s Turkey office delivers the entire global knowhow of BMGI combined with the local experience of our team. BMGI’s Turkey office was opened in 2010 to better meet the needs of BMGI’s growing customer base in Europe and Asia. The office serves not only Turkish companies but also multinationals with operations in the region, providing a full complement of problem solving methodologies.
