In this article Peter Guarraia, Gib Carey, Alistair Corbett, and Klaus Neuhaus discuss difficulties some companies are having with Lean Six Sigma while uncovering a process to improve efforts. The main idea behind this article includes a process called a "diagnostic X-ray"and ways it improves the Lean Six Sigma process. Using this "diagnostic X-ray" before implementing Lean Six Sigma companies are able to drastically improve their efforts and achieve the results they desire.
